SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing time

If an item is available on our website then we have this on-hand in our Piha headquarters.
If purchased midweek this will likely ship same day or within 1-2 business days, or the next business day if purchased over a weekend.

New Zealand shipping times

We use economy shipping which is a standard 3 to 5 business days within New Zealand.
Currently there may be delays due to COVID restrictions which unfortunately is out of our control, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
If you require items urgently please contact us lux@luxexterior.co.nz and we will look into organising express shipping for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia with online purchases, however please email us for a quote to ship to other destinations.

New Zealand
Flat rate of $10 nationwide for *all purchases 
*purchases of two or more mini-squabs will increase to a flat fee of $15 due to the shipping costs of bulky item

Australia
Flat fee of $20 to Australia *all purchases 
*purchases of two or more mini-squabs will increase to a flat fee of $50 due to the shipping costs of bulky items
